Myles Eggleton developed a passion for education throughout her career in management roles which was predominantly sculpted in the USA for over twelve years. Having the opportunity of working in large hotels in San Francisco and being a component of a Hotel and Casino opening in Las Vegas, Myles was able to strengthen her technical and soft skills catering to the movie industry executives and celebrities.
After returning to Australia, Myles was able to help achieve Hotel of the Year award at a renowned hotel in the Southern Gold Coast where she recognised a shortage of qualified employees and chose to change careers into the education sector.
With various qualifications such as Certificate IV Training & Assessment, Advanced Diploma Hospitality, Diploma Events, Diploma Business and Diploma Management, Myles is able to share her expertise and experience with a variety of learners whilst also working with a wide spectrum of Training providers.
Through an organic shift, Myles has returned to a management position as Campus Manager of Pacific Training Group’s Gold Coast campus, where she can guide her group of skilled trainers and help learners in their selected career path. It is Myles’ ability to work with local sector partners to provide possibilities for PTG learners in real-world operations, events and job opportunities that Myles finds most rewarding.
