Our Leadership and Management Team

Our leadership and management team have decades of experience having worked in the industry globally for many years. Having experienced management, that understands the industry, the employment sector and education ensures quality of education outcomes and industry connection learning.

Our team invest a lot of time in making sure our content, platforms and your learning experience are the best in the industry. They are dedicated to ensuring quality education outcomes for all Pacific Training Group students. They come from a variety of interesting backgrounds but all share the same vision; to provide quality education to all students and to ensure that their learning is affordable, flexible and fun.

Leadership Team

Philip Kilic – Chief Executive Officer

Philip has held strategic senior leadership roles within the global education industry for over 25 years. During this time Philip has successfully established and managed education organisations across Asia Pacific and has built sales and marketing functions for iconic Australian education businesses that have led to significant market growth. (SAE Institutes Asia, THINK Education Group, Open Colleges Group Australia).

Karin Rule – Chief Academic Officer

Karin has over 15 years’ experience in senior education roles, primarily in the vocation, education and training (VET) sector in state, national and international Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). With a passion for adult education and life-long learning Karin’s focus is to provide transformational leadership to achieve organisational goals, promote equal access to education, improve the student’s learning experience and ensure job-ready graduates. Karin has successfully contributed to the establishment and maintenance of strategic long-term business plans and industry relationships which has resulted in the growth of existing and new business opportunities.

Our Management Team

Marie Bennett – Director of International Partnerships

With over two decades of experience in Learning & Development, Lokesh brings clarity, vision and the depth needed to improve skill sets, grow talent, manage compliance and create a performance-driven culture in education and other sectors.

His expertise includes training delivery in Corporate and Vocational Education sector, recruitment, induction training, soft skills training, safety training, change management, leadership development, performance development, mentoring, coaching, design and development of training materials in compliance with training packages, training module moderation, validation and conducting RPL.

Joana Al-kasaar – Academic Operations Manager

With years of experience in project manamagent, Joanais focused on ensuring the delivery of the highest quality courses to maximise the success of each individual through system and process improvement.

Joana holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has vocational education experience in the areas of Leadership and Management, Business, as well as Workplace Health and Safety.

Zuzana Mesarosova – Enrolments and Student Services Manager

Zuzana ensures a great experience for all Pacific Training Group students studying in Australia. She organises events and seeks partnership to ensure students transition to job-ready professionals.

Zuzana is also focused on continuous improvement of processes within organisation while mastering knowledge and application of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act and the National Code to provide high quality of service to our students and partners.

Will Bouzas – Sales Manager

With over 7 years’ experience in international education, Will is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Pacific Training Group’s Sales department (B2B), including global student recruitment, partnerships development and the management of our agents’ network.

Will holds a Bachelor of Marketing and different specialisations in Consultative Selling and Strategic Marketing. Will joined Pacific Training Group in 2018 after more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience.

Priscilla Guo – Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

Priscilla has more than 10 years’ experience in vocational and higher education, overseeing governance, quality assurance and student experience.

With an Honours Degree in Psychology, Priscilla’s passion lies in empowering students through education and developing education solutions that supports this process.
