She has a wealth of experience based on some exciting roles that she has held alongside many of her own start-up businesses. Catherine has a passion for setting up new businesses and promoting them in a way that ensures that they are a success from day one. Catherine’s career has spanned many industries including Fitness, HR, Hospitality, Weddings & Events and Education. She loves to combine her passion for education and the digital space by sharing her knowledge and experience with her students to ensure that they enjoy the Marketing industry as much as she does. Having studied online herself, Catherine truly understands the challenges and perks of this style of learning and she is very dedicated to helping her students get the most out of their education.

John has spent nearly two decades creating high impact promotional work for international audiences. From TV Commercials and title packages to online content John is very seasoned in providing premium quality content. Always eager to learn and experiment John has continued to develop a passion for story, screenplay, documentary, copy writing, photography, music, sound design, art design and cinematography.

John has a diploma in Business and Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Communication Design in creative industries and he has worked with clients such as Suncorp, Queensland Health, CommBank, Telstra, St George Bank, Samsung, MTV comedy Central, Qantas, Xbox and Brisbane Roar.

Glashie Qudsia has more than 8 years of leadership and marketing experience. She is passionate about innovating new ways of personal and professional development. Glashie worked as an analyst, strategist, and coach to clients. She assists them to analyse their financial situation. Glashie’s goal is to empower people and leaders to differentiate themselves.

Tanika is an experienced business owner and manager that has worked in I.T. and many various roles of business development such as Systems Management, Marketing and Advertising, Relationship Management and Project Management. She currently manages all marketing Departments and systems for a “remote office” company in the personal insolvency industry.

Tanika has a Masters of Business Administration and has been teaching adults for five years and thoroughly enjoy the Challenge.

Dellwynne Harkess specialises in Travel, Tourism, and Business courses. Prior to her position as Trainer at Pacific Training Group, Dellwynne worked as a tour and campsite representative at Contiki Holidays in Amsterdam, which eventually brought her to Australia. In 2015, Dellwynne took a Graduate Diploma of Vocational Study and has since been working as a Trainer in the vocational education sector.

Monica Pasvolsky is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with 20 years of experience in the areas of travel and tourism and event management training and assessment. She specialises in delivering these courses in both the face-to-face and online learning modalities.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in Tourism and a Certificate 3 in Travel. In addition, she holds a Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma in TESOL and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. She is dedicated to her students’ well- being and enjoys sharing her wealth of experience with them.

Donna has over 20 years’ experience in Event and Stakeholder Management and she has planned, executed and project managed both small and large-scale events across multiple geographic locations.

Donna has worked on some very exciting events including the Commonwealth Games, Government Events and also Sporting and Charity events. She has experience in the whole end to end event process as both a Coordinator and Manager and therefore has a true understanding of the requirements of each role in the industry. Donna has a Bachelor in Events Management and is a very passionate Trainer and Assessor who truly enjoys seeing her students grow in their Event Management Careers.

Fran Cumming has been in the teaching and training industry for over 12 years. She has qualifications in Tourism, Events, and Education. Fran enjoys traveling and organising musical events that allow her to show students how rewarding those activities are.

Louise is a passionate trainer and assessor with extensive global experience in the tourism and hospitality industry along with a wealth of experience training international and domestic students in the areas of hospitality and events.

Louise is a commercially astute professional with skills across a wide range of areas such as Sales, Marketing, Event Management, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, Contracting and Change Management. She has an Advanced Diploma in both Hospitality Management and Event Management along with some incredible experience in a range of top venues and colleges around Australia.

George Thattil has been in the education industry for more than 10 years. He has qualifications in fields of business, leadership, and management, as well as hospitality management.

George has worked in several five-star hotels in Switzerland, Canada, Sri Lanka, and Australia in food and beverage management. He is passionate in teaching and guiding students to achieve their future careers.

Maria is an enthusiastic trainer with more than 15 years’ experience in a business environment. She specialises in Human Resources and has been a trainer and assessor for over 6 years. Maria is passionate about using her knowledge along with her specialised experience and skills to help others achieve their career success. She inspires and educates her students by listening to their needs and assisting them in reaching their goals.

Maria has a Bachelor of Business along with Diplomas in Human Resource Management and also Management. She has a very strong business background and has worked for some exciting organisations. Marcus Xavier is a Master Trainer in Applied Blockchain. Prior to holding this title, Marcus held positions at UNESCO Biosphere Board, Sunshine Coast Creative Alliance, and Economic Development Board. He was also the founder and managing director of Infoworx eBusiness Systems that was established in the early 1990. In 2010, Marcus shifted to vocational training as help a position as a trainer and assessor in Strategy, Business, and Management courses. Penning the pioneer courses in Blockchain, Marcus teaches Australian-qualified courses on Blockchain both for Blockchain students and educators.

Tarun Jain As a senior Business Analyst with over 10 years’ experience, Tarun has spent the last 5 years’ working on large complex projects and programs. Tarun has experience in multiple industries and sectors such as Mining & Gas, Government, Education and the Corporate Sector.

Tarun has worked on numerous projects including ERP implementation, Business Intelligence, Testing, Change Management, Financial Modelling as well as Project and Program Management. As a Certified Blockchain Professional, he has a wealth of knowledge obtained from a range of qualifications including a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Information and Communication Technology for which he then became the youngest Post Graduate Lecturer in the history of the faculty in which he studied.

Alison Bareham is a passionate hospitality trainer with over 20 years of experience in the industry and 15 years in the VET industry. Alison derives great satisfaction in helping her students improve their confidence, skills, and knowledge in all areas of hospitality and helping them to reach their potential through fun and engaging training.

Currently, she teaches Certificate 3 in Hospitality to international students at Pacific Training on the Gold Coast campus. She also provides the support and mentoring for students when they go out to complete their 6-month work placement.

Noriza is an energetic and knowledgeable trainer with more than 9 years’ experience in a Hospitality environment. She has completed her Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, Diploma of Tourism and Master in Teaching.

Noriza is very passionate about the Hospitality Industry and really enjoys helping students get the most out of their course and to set them up for Career success. She has worked for some exciting organisations including Mantra, Toga and Accor Hotels and loves to share these experiences with her students to help them learn and develop the skills that they need to build their careers and achieve their goals.

Yvette is a very well established Hospitality Trainer with extensive training and industry experience across a wide range of sectors, venues and hospitality areas. She has completed her Advanced Diploma, Certificate IV and Certificate III in a range of disciplines including Hospitality, Security and Workplace Training.

Yvette has worked in a wide range of exciting hospitality venues such as Resorts, 5 star hotels, Casinos and fine dining Restaurants. She has a wealth of knowledge that she truly enjoys sharing with her students to help them get the most of their rewarding careers in the hospitality industry.

Sai Yeong Foo has an academic and professional background in Hospitality Management and Marketing Management.

Sai has extensive experience in the hotel and catering industry as well as the vocational education industry within Australia. This allows him to provide students the best in class education at Pacific Training Group.

Berry Salem has an innate desire for knowledge. Through years of study with multiple business qualifications, she has become a dedicated, trainer and a goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the social, academic development and progress of every student as well as accommodating individuals with the talent to provide educational leadership for their success. Although she is excited to work in all aspects of teaching, there is something that is extra rewarding about being a trainer and assessor because it is a role that ties all the skills of her life together. Never one to shy from a challenge, Berry Salem, is ready and able to help ambitious students improve their training in a planned business approach on the road to achievement and success.

Nazar is a Passionate information technology professional with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Systems Engineering and he is currently completing his Ph.D in Cyber Security. He has experience in Networking Protocols, Network Solutions, Security and Remote access technologies. He excels in leading complex design & IT projects from inception to completion.

Nazar has over 13 years’ experience teaching Network and Systems Engineering at various Universities around the world and won a First Prize Award & People’s Choice Award at a Blockchain Hackathon held by Macquarie University.

Nazia has years of experience working in the Information Technology industry and has a passion for developing technical content and conducting training sessions. She has worked in many industries and has a wide range of technical skills in Cloud Computing, Programming, Web Technology and Operating Systems.

Nazia has a master’s in computer applications and enjoys sharing the knowledge that she has gained in her Career with her students. In her spare time she volunteers teaching coding to Children.

Mok is an energetic trainer with expertise in cyber security, design and the refactoring of innovative and robust software solutions. He has experience in managing a range of projects and enjoys sharing these exciting experiences with his students.

With a background in IT, Mok has a passion for contemporary teaching methodologies in cyber security, programming, design, and development and has proven success in providing technical consultations and executing projects involving architecture and software development, implementation, testing, and deployment. Mok is proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Hakka, and Mandarin and loves helping students from all over the world.

Michael is an enthusiastic trainer with great experience in the Cyber Security environment. He is passionate about using his knowledge and specialised experience to help others start their careers in this exciting industry. Faizin is a Blockchain researcher, developer, and educator. She has been working in the IT sector for over 6 years, both in her former mainframe developer role with IBM as well as working in many blockchain start-up projects.

During her tenor at IBM, she worked with top clients in the supply chain and logistics industry and helped design services to reduce costs and increase efficiency. After an extended career break, she transitioned into Blockchain technology and worked in many blockchain projects in Ethereum and Hyperledger platforms.

Being a certified blockchain developer, she is passionate about spreading awareness of integrating blockchain technology with other technologies that can promote trust, transparency and add economic value to a range of business sectors. Currently, Faizin works as a Blockchain developer in MarhabaDeFi and as an Applied Blockchain trainer at RMIT University and Pacific Training Group.

She has graduated in computer science and post graduate studies in Blockchain technology development and Management and Data Analytics.

She is a member of Blockchain Australia, a community that promotes the Adoption of Blockchain Technology in Australia. She is also a volunteering member of WomenWhoCode Blockchain, a community that inspires women to excel in technology careers.

Fahd has a wealth of experience digitally transforming organisations. He is highly skilled in IT Agile Management, Software Management, Architecture Designing, Enterprise Content Management, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain.

Fahd has a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) and a Master of Computer Science and has a wealth of experience working in the mobility, web, intelligent systems, ECM and business intelligence space. Fahd believes in solving real-world problems through technology and positive leadership and loves sharing this knowledge with his students.

Jordan has over 16 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. He has had some amazing experiences in this vibrant industry, from building a career as a bar and restaurant manager to being able to teach students everything he has learned in his career.

Jordan has spent years working in a wide range of venues around the world from Europe to Australia, including Bramble, Tigerlily and he has worked in world class cocktail bar’s and events in Sydney. He has an extensive knowledge of cocktails and bartending, managing high volume bars and running his own consulting business. He truly has a passion for teaching and enjoys sharing all that he has learned with his students and helping them kick start their careers in this fun, challenging and exciting field.

Patrick has been training in Asia and Australia for the last 8 years in various roles working as a Corporate Trainer, Trainer/Assessor and Instructional Designer. He has worked on billion-dollar projects in a leadership role, most recently on the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.

Patrick has conducted training sessions with senior executives at one of the largest automakers in Asia whilst living in Seoul, South Korea. He is a specialist in intercultural communication and has done intensive training on culture shock and assisting international teams to forge more productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

During his time as an Instructional Designer, Patrick worked on creating exciting and engaging online learning content for both e-learning and classroom delivery. In his role as a content creator, Patrick created customized training packages across AQF levels 3, 4 and 5 within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. These training packages were customized to meet the individualized needs of their Government and Corporate clients.

With over 20 years’ experience working as a vocational trainer at a range of RTO’s, Simon has a true passion for teaching in both a face to face and online capacity.

He has a had an exciting career to date working in advertising, sales and marketing, media and communications, education and training in diverse range of industries.

Simon has worked with organisations that include McCann-Erickson, Saatchi and Saatchi, News Limited, Consolidated Press, Ted Noffs Foundation, Wesley Mission, Kaplan International Colleges, Open Colleges, RailCorp and Sydney Ferries.

Simon operates twin consultancies that focus on content development and content marketing including websites, blogs and social networks. He has a particular interest in the digital space and truly enjoys sharing this interest with his students to help them get the most from their studies and their careers.

Shahriar is an International Development professional with 7 years of experience working in Asia and Australia in the areas of education, research, Training, operations, capacity development and marketing. He is experienced in quantitative/qualitative data analysis, market research, programme design and implementation, and project/programme management.

Shahriar has a Master of Sustainable Development & a Bachelor of Business Administration (Major in Marketing) as well as a Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management. Eden is a passionate trainer and assessor with extensive global experience in the areas of Human Resources, Training and Education, Work Health and Safety, Leadership and Management, Business Operations, Injury Management, Workers Compensation Claims and Law Enforcement and Investigations within Australia, Asia Pacific, United States of America and The United Arab Emirates.

Mamita has worked extensively in the Travel and Tourism industry for over 20 years and has a vast experience as a Vocational Education Trainer and Assessor. She truly enjoys teaching students and sharing all of her industry experiences with them.

Mamitra has completed many qualifications including a Bachelor of Vocational Education and Training, Advanced Diploma of Travel and Tourism Management and an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. With a true passion for Travel, Mamitra has travelled far and wide, is fluent in both English and Hindi and she loves to share these exciting travel stories with her students from all over the world.

Rosan Lal has a wealth of experience as a trainer and his experience includes working with international and local volunteers and students in numerous developing countries. He has developed many innovative community services projects and in addition, Rosan has worked in the Disability sector.

He holds an Advanced Diploma of Community Services, Diploma of Business and Leadership, Certificate IV Training and Assessment and is completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Management.

Rosan has extensive experience in staff management, mentoring, leadership and networking as well as being a Motivational public speaker. He is currently a Director of ACATA Australia, a not-for profit organisation that partners with Australian colleges and universities to deliver effective community services projects focusing on social development and change.

John is an energetic trainer with expertise in Cyber Security, Product & Business Development, Operational Management, People Engagement, Finance, Marketing and Digital & Technology. He has experience in managing a range of projects and enjoys sharing these exciting experiences with his students.

Jacqueline is a true professional with years of experience in the event services industry. Her dedication to her job shows through how she handles everything from the enquiries and planning stages all the way until completion. She knows how to ensure that every detail gets taken care of seamlessly. Having a passion for teaching, she uses her skills to give students an edge in the industry and beyond.

Along with her business experience, Jacqueline has completed an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, Diploma of Events, Diploma of Business and a range of other qualifications. Monica has 16 years of experience in multiple fields including retail and event management. At 21 years of age, she started her own company specialising in the field of hospitality and training and has worked as a trainer and assessor ever since.

She loves to share her experiences and knowledge with her students and has a contagious passion for learning that communicates well to all her students.

Milan has been working in the field of Information and Communications Technology since 2003. During this time, she has worked on projects that include the development and support of software applications and has worked in the education sector since 2006.

She has a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Computer Applications, an Advanced Diploma of Information Technology as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Milan has a strong dedication to her student’s development and takes the time to help inspire and build their self-esteem.

Steven is a passionate educator with a decade of experience in VET education in the fields of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Leadership & Management, Project Management, and AR & VR Software Development. Over the course of his career, he has cultivated experiences that allow him to deliver training at a high level to both domestic and international students through online and face-to-face environments.

Akhil is a seasoned IT professional with more than 17 years of experience working with companies both here and abroad to realise new and impactful solutions to their needs. Not one to focus on just one specialty, he has made great strides to his portfolio by adapting to organisational needs and continuously adding to his already considerable experience.

Hasan is a dedicated professional who has made a career out of going the extra mile to make sure that he is well-prepared for any challenge. A veteran VET educator, he uses his previous experience as a Business Development Manager and Sales Consultant to provide real-world knowledge to the training room.

Upon obtaining his Graduate Diploma of Electronic Commerce in 2005, he got his Master of Electronic Commerce the year after. Over the course of his career, he furthered his qualifications by obtaining Advanced Diplomas in Business, Program Management and Leadership & Management, Diplomas in Human Resource Management and Project Management and a Certificate in Training and Assessment. He is a proponent of continuous development, an advocacy he continues to share professionally and in the classroom.

Bharat has passionately endeavoured in different fields and qualifications over the course of his career. A dedicated educator and student, he has obtained a wealth of experience and knowledge from various industries and continues to add more to his repertoire of qualifications.
