She has a wealth of experience based on some exciting roles that she has held alongside many of her own start-up businesses. Catherine has a passion for setting up new businesses and promoting them in a way that ensures that they are a success from day one. Catherine’s career has spanned many industries including Fitness, HR, Hospitality, Weddings & Events and Education. She loves to combine her passion for education and the digital space by sharing her knowledge and experience with her students to ensure that they enjoy the Marketing industry as much as she does. Having studied online herself, Catherine truly understands the challenges and perks of this style of learning and she is very dedicated to helping her students get the most out of their education.
John Cavallaro
John has spent nearly two decades creating high impact promotional work for international audiences. From TV Commercials and title packages to online content John is very seasoned in providing premium quality content. Always eager to learn and experiment John has continued to develop a passion for story, screenplay, documentary, copy writing, photography, music, sound design, art design and cinematography.

Tanika Berlowitz
Tanika is an experienced business owner and manager that has worked in I.T. and many various roles of business development such as Systems Management, Marketing and Advertising, Relationship Management and Project Management. She currently manages all marketing Departments and systems for a “remote office” company in the personal insolvency industry.
Tanika has a Masters of Business Administration and has been teaching adults for five years and thoroughly enjoy the Challenge.
Dellwynne Harkess
Dellwynne Harkess specialises in Travel, Tourism, and Business courses. Prior to her position as Trainer at Pacific Training Group, Dellwynne worked as a tour and campsite representative at Contiki Holidays in Amsterdam, which eventually brought her to Australia. In 2015, Dellwynne took a Graduate Diploma of Vocational Study and has since been working as a Trainer in the vocational education sector.
Monica Pasvolsky
Monica Pasvolsky is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with 20 years of experience in the areas of travel and tourism and event management training and assessment. She specialises in delivering these courses in both the face-to-face and online learning modalities.
She holds an Advanced Diploma in Tourism and a Certificate 3 in Travel. In addition, she holds a Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma in TESOL and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Donna Little
Donna has over 20 years’ experience in Event and Stakeholder Management and she has planned, executed and project managed both small and large-scale events across multiple geographic locations.
Donna has worked on some very exciting events including the Commonwealth Games, Government Events and also Sporting and Charity events. She has experience in the whole end to end event process as both a Coordinator and Manager and therefore has a true understanding of the requirements of each role in the industry. Donna has a Bachelor in Events Management and is a very passionate Trainer and Assessor who truly enjoys seeing her students grow in their Event Management Careers.

Fran Cumming has been in the teaching and training industry for over 12 years. She has qualifications in Tourism, Events, and Education. Fran enjoys traveling and organising musical events that allow her to show students how rewarding those activities are.

Marcus Xavier
Marcus Xavier is a Master Trainer in Applied Blockchain. Prior to holding this title, Marcus held positions at UNESCO Biosphere Board, Sunshine Coast Creative Alliance, and Economic Development Board. He was also the founder and managing director of Infoworx eBusiness Systems that was established in the early 1990. In 2010, Marcus shifted to vocational training as help a position as a trainer and assessor in Strategy, Business, and Management courses. Penning the pioneer courses in Blockchain, Marcus teaches Australian-qualified courses on Blockchain both for Blockchain students and educators.
Tarun Jain
Tarun Jain As a senior Business Analyst with over 10 years’ experience, Tarun has spent the last 5 years’ working on large complex projects and programs. Tarun has experience in multiple industries and sectors such as Mining & Gas, Government, Education and the Corporate Sector.
Tarun has worked on numerous projects including ERP implementation, Business Intelligence, Testing, Change Management, Financial Modelling as well as Project and Program Management. As a Certified Blockchain Professional, he has a wealth of knowledge obtained from a range of qualifications including a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Information and Communication Technology for which he then became the youngest Post Graduate Lecturer in the history of the faculty in which he studied.
Alison Bareham
Alison Bareham is a passionate hospitality trainer with over 20 years of experience in the industry and 15 years in the VET industry. Alison derives great satisfaction in helping her students improve their confidence, skills, and knowledge in all areas of hospitality and helping them to reach their potential through fun and engaging training.
Currently, she teaches Certificate 3 in Hospitality to international students at Pacific Training on the Gold Coast campus. She also provides the support and mentoring for students when they go out to complete their 6-month work placement.
Noriza Manubag

Nazar is a Passionate information technology professional with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Systems Engineering and he is currently completing his Ph.D in Cyber Security. He has experience in Networking Protocols, Network Solutions, Security and Remote access technologies. He excels in leading complex design & IT projects from inception to completion.
Nazar has over 13 years’ experience teaching Network and Systems Engineering at various Universities around the world and won a First Prize Award & People’s Choice Award at a Blockchain Hackathon held by Macquarie University.
Nazia Fathima
Nazia has years of experience working in the Information Technology industry and has a passion for developing technical content and conducting training sessions. She has worked in many industries and has a wide range of technical skills in Cloud Computing, Programming, Web Technology and Operating Systems.
Nazia has a master’s in computer applications and enjoys sharing the knowledge that she has gained in her Career with her students. In her spare time she volunteers teaching coding to Children.
Mok Chan

Faizin Kanwal
Faizin is a Blockchain researcher, developer, and educator. She has been working in the IT sector for over 6 years, both in her former mainframe developer role with IBM as well as working in many blockchain start-up projects.
During her tenor at IBM, she worked with top clients in the supply chain and logistics industry and helped design services to reduce costs and increase efficiency. After an extended career break, she transitioned into Blockchain technology and worked in many blockchain projects in Ethereum and Hyperledger platforms.
Being a certified blockchain developer, she is passionate about spreading awareness of integrating blockchain technology with other technologies that can promote trust, transparency and add economic value to a range of business sectors. Currently, Faizin works as a Blockchain developer in MarhabaDeFi and as an Applied Blockchain trainer at RMIT University and Pacific Training Group.
She has graduated in computer science and post graduate studies in Blockchain technology development and Management and Data Analytics.
She is a member of Blockchain Australia, a community that promotes the Adoption of Blockchain Technology in Australia. She is also a volunteering member of WomenWhoCode Blockchain, a community that inspires women to excel in technology careers.
Fahd Saifuddin
Fahd has a wealth of experience digitally transforming organisations. He is highly skilled in IT Agile Management, Software Management, Architecture Designing, Enterprise Content Management, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain.
Fahd has a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) and a Master of Computer Science and has a wealth of experience working in the mobility, web, intelligent systems, ECM and business intelligence space. Fahd believes in solving real-world problems through technology and positive leadership and loves sharing this knowledge with his students.
Jordan Gross
Jordan has over 16 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. He has had some amazing experiences in this vibrant industry, from building a career as a bar and restaurant manager to being able to teach students everything he has learned in his career.
Jordan has spent years working in a wide range of venues around the world from Europe to Australia, including Bramble, Tigerlily and he has worked in world class cocktail bar’s and events in Sydney. He has an extensive knowledge of cocktails and bartending, managing high volume bars and running his own consulting business. He truly has a passion for teaching and enjoys sharing all that he has learned with his students and helping them kick start their careers in this fun, challenging and exciting field.
Patrick Mickel
Patrick has been training in Asia and Australia for the last 8 years in various roles working as a Corporate Trainer, Trainer/Assessor and Instructional Designer. He has worked on billion-dollar projects in a leadership role, most recently on the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.
Patrick has conducted training sessions with senior executives at one of the largest automakers in Asia whilst living in Seoul, South Korea. He is a specialist in intercultural communication and has done intensive training on culture shock and assisting international teams to forge more productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
During his time as an Instructional Designer, Patrick worked on creating exciting and engaging online learning content for both e-learning and classroom delivery. In his role as a content creator, Patrick created customized training packages across AQF levels 3, 4 and 5 within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. These training packages were customized to meet the individualized needs of their Government and Corporate clients.

With over 20 years’ experience working as a vocational trainer at a range of RTO’s, Simon has a true passion for teaching in both a face to face and online capacity.
He has a had an exciting career to date working in advertising, sales and marketing, media and communications, education and training in diverse range of industries.
Simon has worked with organisations that include McCann-Erickson, Saatchi and Saatchi, News Limited, Consolidated Press, Ted Noffs Foundation, Wesley Mission, Kaplan International Colleges, Open Colleges, RailCorp and Sydney Ferries.
Simon operates twin consultancies that focus on content development and content marketing including websites, blogs and social networks. Hasan is a dedicated professional who has made a career out of going the extra mile to make sure that he is well-prepared for any challenge. A veteran VET educator, he uses his previous experience as a Business Development Manager and Sales Consultant to provide real-world knowledge to the training room.
Upon obtaining his Graduate Diploma of Electronic Commerce in 2005, he got his Master of Electronic Commerce the year after.
