What made you choose Pacific Training Group?
I’m studying diploma of leadership and management here at Pacific Training Group and the staff and trainers were one of the reasons why I enrolled here. I also know this course will teach me everything that I need.

My trainer taught me everything that I need. All the trainers are really good. It’s easy to get in touch. I can immediately come to the office and have all of my queries resolved. I got all the help I need. They engage with me all the time.
How do you apply the skills you learned from your course to your current role?
This course helped me a lot in assessing how the management sector works and managing risks. It helped me familiarise with customer service terms and it’s all about practical knowledge. I’ve learned how to properly write a simple and professional email. I am also getting the exposure to management areas, managing teams, hiring and risks.
Qualifications never goes to waste. You will gain something. You will gain new knowledge out of it always. These are not just pieces of paper which you take home, these are your lifelong learnings which you could share with others.
For me, life is all about learning. You learn every day, you do things every day, you never stop learning.
