To complete a Course at Pacific Training Group you will need to ensure that you meet some of the requirements associated with our college. Please review the requirements below and if you have any questions whatsoever please do not hesitate to contact a member of our friendly team.
Overseas students studying on a Student Visa
How to Apply
Before you get started its important that you’ve read our Student Handbook and all the information on our website. You’ll also want to learn about the Australian student visa program including your eligibility status and how to apply, at www.homeaffairs.gov.au
Step 1
Complete and submit your online Student Application form with a copy of your passport, academic qualifications and evidence of your English language proficiency (See entry requirements below).
Step 2
Pacific Training Group will assess your application and issue you with a Student Agreement. You may be asked to produce further evidence while we assess your application.
Step 3
Read and sign the Student Agreement and return to Pacific Training Group.
Step 4
Make payment by bank transfer and send a copy of your payment receipt to Pacific Training Group.
Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS payments are also accepted.
Step 5
You are now ready to apply for your student visa through our expert Migration agent partner. Once approved, Pacific Training Group will then issue you your COE. To assist you with your application, Pacific Training Group has a global network of agents which recruit students on its behalf. Contact us for agents.

Equipment | Students need to supply their own laptop to participate in training and assessment. The laptop needs to be 5 years old or newer, and be equipped with the following minimum requirements:
Students also need access to the internet to study online. Internet Speed needs to be a minimum of 512kbps. Additionally, the following supporting equipment are recommended:

Domestic or offshore students studying online
How to Apply
If you are a student studying in Australia or offshore in one of our online courses without a Student Visa, please follow the following steps to apply.
Before you get started its important that you’ve read our Student Handbook and all the information on our website.
Step 1
Complete and submit your online Student Application form with supporting documentation (See evidence requirement below).
Step 2
You will be provided with information about your course fees after submitting the Application form and be asked to read and declare that you agree with the Enrolment Terms and Conditions provided.
Step 3
Follow the instructions to make payment online via the payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and PayPal are accepted), or later via bank transfer or by phone (Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS).
If payment is made by bank transfer, please send a copy of your payment receipt to Pacific Training Group.
Step 4
Pacific Training Group will assess your application and issue you with a Student Agreement. You may be asked to produce further evidence while we assess your application. If your application is unsuccessful, we will provide you with a refund for any amount paid.
Step 5
Once finalised, Pacific Training Group will email you with an Enrolment Confirmation which provides details of your Student Orientation and Learning Platforms.
Evidence Requirements for Online Students
To apply for entry as a domestic or offshore student studying online, you will need to provide the following to meet our entry requirements:
- Passport OR other valid ID (must contain signature, photo and, if in a foreign language, English translation)
- Complete PTG’s LLN Online Test after application.
- Check that you have a laptop computer and access to internet connection to study online on the application form.
- Evidence for any Course-Specific Entry Requirements. Refer to the course page for details.
