Student Transfer, Deferral, Suspension and Cancellation Policy & Procedures

The purpose of this document is to:

  • Outline the circumstances in which a Pacific Training Group (PTG) student can defer, suspend or cancel their enrolment;
  • Detail procedures for assessing, approving or declining a student suspension, deferral or course transfer application’s in line with PTG’s policy; and
  • Ensure that:
    • PTG does not enrol transferring students prior to the student completing six months of their principal course of study except for the circumstances outlined in this Policy.
    • PTG has a policy and process for assessing student applications to:
      • Transfer from PTG before completing six months of their principal course;
      • Transfer to another course provided by PTG; and
      • Transfer to another course, campus or timetable within PTG.
