Her experience in the industry and professional qualifications (she holds Advanced Diploma in Tourism, Certificate 3 in Travel, Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management, Diploma in TESOL and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training Assessment) allows her to extend her knowledge and skills to her students and share experiences that her students can learn from when they complete their training with Pacific Training Group. Above all, Monica does more than training and sharing of experiences, she ensures that her students are well looked after as she looks at the overall well-being of her students.
