The Institute is the gold standard-setting professional association for management and leadership competence and excellence. For more than 80 years, they have been supporting professionals from students to CEOs with their leadership development.

As part of our Pathway Partnership with IML ANZ, students studying selected courses will have access to a range of resources, events and opportunities that will connect you with industry and enhance your leadership capability. Here’s what you can look forward to if you sign up!

IML ANZ Membership

You’ll receive membership with the Institute for the duration of your studies with PTG, plus an additional year after you graduate. IML ANZ membership give you access to a great range of benefits including complimentary fortnightly webinars, professional development events, online management and leadership resources and use of our national recognised post nominals to help you stand out on your CV and LinkedIn.

Networking

Grow your network with complimentary access to IML ANZ networking events. With over 11,000 members across Australia and New Zealand, you’ll have the opportunity to meet leaders across a range of roles and industries. We’ll also be bringing the network to you with on-campus and online events with local leaders.

Mentoring

You’ll have the opportunity to take part in IML ANZ’s industry mentoring program, MemX Mentoring. In the program, you’ll be matched with a senior leader who can support you with career planning, industry insights, skills development, and more.

Career Development

Get work ready with IML ANZ’s career development webinars and resources. From CV writing to interview skills to support for international students, we have a range of resources that can help you develop your employability skills. You also have the opportunity to apply for the Institute’s job shadowing program which provides insights into the day to day duties of roles.
