What You’ll Learn
  1. Communicate organisational missions and goals
    Establish links between organisational objectives, values and standards and the responsibilities of relevant groups and individuals. Confirm that the media and language used for communicating the organisational mission and goals meets the needs of individuals and group and investigate incidents and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
  2. Influence groups and individuals
    Make decisions according to the organisational policies and procedures and work within task timeframes to facilitate improvements to organisational and workplace policies and procedures.
  3. Build and support teams
    Assign accountabilities and responsibilities to teams according to their competencies and operational plans. Resource teams to allow them to achieve their objectives and create and maintain a positive work environment.
  4. Demonstrate personal and professional competence
    Adapt interpersonal and leadership styles to meet circumstances and situations and aim to achieve personal objectives and work program outcomes.
