The Pacific Training Group Work Placement Program for Hospitality students forms a compulsory part of the course work and provides a vital aspect of the learning experience.

For Victor, he completes his 6-month work placement at Moos Moss Wine Bar and Grill in Broadbeach, Gold Coast.
He got a visit from our Work Placement Assessor Alison Bareham. During the visit, Victor demonstrated different tasks and activities. He made a variety of cocktails for his customers including these good-looking espresso martinis!
